How a session works
Listening, examination, tailored treatment and personalized advice.
A session at the practice
Jonathan Jaoui introduces himself in a few words, followed by a few moments from a consultation at the Netanya practice.
The four stages of a session
- 1
Listening & assessment
The session begins with a conversation to understand your reason for consulting, your lifestyle and history. A full clinical exam identifies areas of reduced mobility and the real source of the pain.
- 2
Osteopathic tests
I use a combination of precise tests — mobility, muscle tension, joints, posture — to reach a functional diagnosis specific to each patient.
- 3
Tailored treatment
Depending on your needs, I combine different approaches: gentle techniques, mobilizations, tissue normalization and, when needed, precise manipulation. The goal: restore mobility, reduce pain and rebalance the body.
- 4
Advice & follow-up
I give you simple, personalized advice — exercises, posture, lifestyle, prevention — to extend the benefits between sessions.
